The NFL has announced that it has partnered with three major sports betting companies to incorporate their content into NFL Network broadcasts this fall. DraftKings, FanDuel, and Caesars Entertainment have signed multiyear partnerships with the NFL, giving them exclusive access to the league’s content and setting the stage for the integration of betting content into NFL broadcasts this fall. While the official betting partners for the NFL are not yet known, the league says the new partnerships will help fans better understand the sport and its games.

In a multi-year marketing deal, bet365 and the PGA TOUR will partner on a number of initiatives. The partnership will include the development of a mobile sports betting app. Additionally, the partnership will allow DraftKings to incorporate official NBA betting data into their products. The NBA has also partnered with the companies Genius Sports and Sportradar to share data regarding the league. The partnership will allow fans to wager on games with a high degree of confidence, and the PGA TOUR is promoting the benefits of betting with these companies.

In November 2017, the State of Illinois legalized sports betting. The state’s regulator approved sports betting and opened registration for retail sportsbooks. However, the law required that all players must register in-person before betting online or mobile. As a result, mobile sports betting was not available in Illinois until May 2020, when the state’s regulators finally enacted laws to open it to mobile users. This new regulation is expected to bring sports betting to the state’s shores.
